Platform Policies
These policies govern your use of the ConstructionDash AI platform. Please read them carefully — by using the platform you agree to these terms.
Last updated: March 2026Accounts are for the sole use of the registered individual. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
We actively monitor login sessions and IP addresses to detect account sharing. Where account sharing is confirmed, we reserve the right to suspend the account with 7 days' written notice to the registered email address.
Usage must be reasonable and proportionate. Where usage is determined to be excessive or automated, we will notify the user by email and provide 7 days to resolve the issue before access is limited or suspended. Accounts involved in fraud, security threats, or illegal activity may be suspended immediately without prior notice.
All tools are powered by artificial intelligence and outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
All outputs must be reviewed and verified by a qualified professional before being relied upon, published, or used in any contractual or legal context.
ConstructionDash AI accepts no liability for losses or claims arising from reliance on unreviewed AI-generated content.
Tools are for drafting and first-pass generation only and do not constitute professional legal, contractual, engineering, or health and safety advice.
Users are responsible for ensuring outputs are accurate and appropriate for their specific project and circumstances before use.
We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Our legal basis for processing is performance of a contract (to deliver the subscription service you have signed up for) and legitimate interests (security monitoring and fair usage enforcement).
Uploaded files: Documents uploaded to all tools are transmitted to OpenAI via their commercial API for AI processing only. OpenAI does not use data submitted via the commercial API for model training. Uploaded files are deleted automatically once processing is complete and are not stored on our systems.
Contract Analyser: Documents indexed in the Contract Analyser are stored as vector embeddings in our database for the duration of your active session. These embeddings are automatically deleted when you navigate away from the Contract Analyser.
Third-party processors: We share data with the following third parties solely to deliver the service:
- OpenAI — AI processing of uploaded documents (commercial API, no training use)
- Qdrant Cloud — temporary vector storage for the Contract Analyser
- Supabase — user authentication and account data
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription management
We log session data including IP addresses for security and fair usage monitoring purposes. No data is shared with any other third party.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, ConstructionDash AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or reliance on its outputs.
We provide the platform with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding month.
All platform tools, interfaces, and technology are the intellectual property of ConstructionDash AI.
Users retain ownership of documents they upload.
AI-generated outputs may be used freely by the user for their own business purposes.
We reserve the right to update these policies at any time.
Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
